Summary:

You'll get expansive, panoramic gulf views from every room of this 7th (top) floor condo. Crescent Arms is a quiet, beach front, high rise condominium building that is ideally located for maximum fun and relaxation. We are right on the beach with lounge chairs provided.



The Space:

Our condo is on the corner of the building with a view down the South end of the beach. It's as close as you can get to the Gulf without being in the water! We also have a heated pool & covered parking.



Location: Crescent Arms, Siesta Key, Florida South West, Florida, USA



Accommodations: Condo, 2 Bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 king- Sleeps 6), 2 Baths



-The unit has separate private bedroom suites, each with their own bath, flat-screen cable TV, ceiling fan, hair dryers, and Gulf view with sliding glass doors to the lanai.



-Laundry facilities are on-site just outside your door



-The unit also features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen and dining area.



-Free WiFi



-Plenty of opportunities for shopping, golf, boating, fishing and much more.



-Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and stores.



-Nearby Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could desire: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, and The Ringling Brothers Museum of Art are all minutes away.



-A few miles north is St. Armand's Circle with its trendy shopping.



-Only one hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa. Two hours from Islands of Adventure, Epcot, Disney, and Universal Studios.



-Computer is available in the clubhouse for guests to use during office hours. A printer is provided for airline boarding pass printing.

We had a wonderful stay! We appreciated the detailed check-in/check-out instructions that were sent. The hosts responded to our questions in a timely member, and I truly felt they wanted us to be comfortable in their home and have a great vacation. Everything in the unit was in good working order, and the kitchen was well stocked. They provided everything a family might need to enjoy their time, fishing poles, sand toys, boogie boards, books, cards, and a stroller/pack and play if you are traveling with young children. Our favorite part of the unit was the screened in patio, which allowed us to have the sliding glass doors open to listen to the ocean waves crashing. The view was beautiful as well, and I enjoyed having my coffee or a small meal on the patio set provided. We can’t wait to return!

A Home Away from HOMR

We greatly enjoyed staying a week at Crescent Arms. The condo was roomy enough for the two of us, the kitchen appliances worked perfectly for us, and the view from the balcony, while more to the side than at the front, was terrific. We slept well every single night the elevator was right outside our door, but we did not hear any noise from it at all, nor from the laundry room. The only problem we had was upon arrival was trying to figure out the code for the main gate and the building door lock. We finally called the number that Tracy had included in her very helpful email and that person gave us a number to try which worked perfectly.We would return to Siesta key and this particular unit in a heartbeat! Pavan and Tracy are ideal to work with and communicate very very well! Thank you!

On the beach

Stayed here for a week in November after the hurricanes. The condo was perfect for our group of 3 friends. Right on the beach, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again some day!

Perfect location

This was our first visit to Siesta Key, actually Crescent beach. Tracy's condo was just steps from the beach. And unlike siesta key beach you don't have to walk a mile to get to the water. The condo was well decorated, very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Top notch host!

This property is in a great location with private beach access. No need to rush down for chairs. They have plenty for everyone staying there. The elevator is quite old but never seemed too busy. We were pleased with our stay.

Great Location

Great location; it is within walking distance of several restaurants and shops, and the beach is very wide. Unit 703S itself is very nice with great views of the Gulf and the South End of Siesta Key from the balcony that's accessible from the living area and both bedrooms. The Unit was very clean and had everything we would have expected. The owners communicated everything very clearly and always responded to any messages within minutes. We hope to return again sometime soon!

Always Fun in the Siesta Key Sun

We were pleasantly surprised to find an opening at college spring break time at our all-time favorite beach. The hosts were friendly, prompt with communication and have a lovely property that is comfortable and perfect for a family get away.

Property is a great location. Right on the beach. Quick access across the bridge to a supermarket and many restaurants. Very secure with keypad entry onto the property. Plenty of beach chairs provided. Building is a little old but inside the condo is nice. Owner responded almost immediately with any questions. We had a great time would certainly come back to Pavan’s condo.

Great Location, Comfortable Condo!

We’ve stayed in many places in Siesta Key and this was by far the best location. The beautiful beach is just outside the door and the beach chair service was great. We enjoyed the short walk to Captain Curt’s and the Crescent Club and the short walk to the trolley stop to go to the Village. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions and the condo was very comfortable. All in all a great vacation!

Fall Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Our only issue was the furniture. The furniture needs replaced. It was very uncomfortable trying to sit in the living area. Otherwise our stay was pleasant. The hosts were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process.

Little Paradise

Survived Hurricane Idalia 2023

We had reservations from Sunday 8-27 through Friday 9-1 and we actually added another night until Saturday 9-2! We were so happy with the guidance of Paven and Tracy during our eventful week! Paven talked and texted with us through the entire hurricane and evacuation. We returned after one night and we really enjoyed our stay and the friendliness of the other residents. We were supposed to leave for home Friday but were fortunate we could add another day. We loved the area, we loved the Condo and will definitely return! And again we were so impressed with the communication with our owners. Thanks for a week we will not forget! Bruce and Mary, Franklin IN
