This Venice vacation rental ground floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and room for 6 guests with air mattress. It features 2 separate lanais. You can enjoy the sun and swimming at the pool, local shopping, golf and nearby beaches. The unit features reclining chair and all the kitchen supplies needed. All linens and towels are included as well. This is the perfect getaway condo that includes everything you need. It is located in Farmington Vistas which is the safest community because they require all guests to complete a background check application. Since the condo association requires monthly rentals, please start on the first day of the month and end on the last day of the month.

Beautiful area

Excellent location. After telling Paul some items were needed in the kitchen he was at the door with four items within 15 minutes. Very reactive and greatly appreciated!

Family Meeting at the Plantation

Conveniet location for our visit. It is not like staying in a hotel. You will have to turn on the water, hit water heater and lots of cleanup to get your deposit back.

Disappointed

Disappointed with this place. Pictures looked nice but that’s where it ends. Could use a good cleaning & a few things needed fixing! Emailed owner about concerns, he said my emails went to his spam! So nothing was addressed while we were there. Just a little care and it wouldn’t be bad. The one good thing, it nicely located.

The condo was great.

The location was perfect for our family's needs. The condo is close to beaches, downtown Venice, many attractions and shopping. There wer a few minor things that I addressed in an email to Paul, who addressed the email almost immediately. The condo had everything we could need and more! Would definitely rent his condo again.

Good location condo in Plantation

Good location in Farmington Vista area. Landlord was responsive and condo was as advertised. Condition was clean. Condo is a little small as are most of the units in this area, and there were minor issues with maintenance. The blinds did not work well and the furniture is well used. Overall our stay was very good.

Close to everything.

Very nice condo! Spacious, well stocked with kitchen basics as well as linens. Quiet pool to come home to in the evenings. Just a minutes to grocery and shopping needs. Short drive to down town Venice, Casey Key and other sites. Nice place for great rate.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. I was a little disappointed with a few things. The blinds kept falling as well as the toilet paper holder, the towel rack and I couldn’t put anything on the bottom rack in the kitchen pantry because it was coming out of the wall. The rooms were nice and clean and I loved the huge closet and the washer and dryer in the master. We loved the pool but disappointed that it was closed all but two days that we stayed we did go to the other pool but it was much colder and not much of a shallow end for my children.

Quiet relaxing neighborhood, near to all!

We have always loved the Venice area, the quaint downtown, farmers market, great restaurants. What we didn't know is how much we loved the beaches, Manasota, Venice and Nokomis(drum circle) . We also loved the North Jetty! The condo had everything we needed, we used the beach chairs , scooper and umbrella many times!!! The condo itself had everything that was needed! Comfortable and homey, and enjoyed the back lanai in the morning! Paul was an easy person to work with!

Very nice location

This property could have been better if it had two king size beds instead of a queen and a king. The filter for the a/c and heat had not been changed in a very long time, it was completely clogged. The departure checklist asks you to turn water off outside, but when you do,,it also turns it off for other units as well. Instruction should ask for water to water heater be turned off in utility closet. Over all the stay was pleasant and would rent again . The owner was pleasant and easy to work with. Units location worked perfectly for us as we were visiting my grandson, who is the Director of Golf at Plantation Golf and Country Club, just a few blocks from the condo.

Enjoyed our 2 month stay here. Close to shopping, restaurants, beaches. Plenty of walking, biking areas. Condo was comfortable, owner was very responsive to any questions or issues we had.

Everything was clean and as it was described.

Most of our trips are shorter, but if we are able to stay 7 nights we will definitely rent again. Owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Living room furniture was very comfortable bc it reclined!

Relaxing stay

Condo was very clean and well furnished. The owner was very attentive to our needs. The Farmington Vistas complex was very nice and the people were very friendly. The Venice area is very low key and relaxing.

The condo was spotlessly clean and decorated in a beach theme. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had all we needed. The king bed was especially comfortable. The lounge chairs on the lanai got quite a bit of use. Having the heated pool steps away was an extra treat. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We loved being close enough to the gulf beaches and plentiful state and city parks. Two favorite restaurants were Sharky's on the Pier and the Gulf View Grill at Englewood Beach. We also highly recommend visiting the Ringling Museum in Sarasota.

Very nice and clean

The condo was very clean and quit. There was plenty of parking. Very close to shopping and beaches. I would recommend to friends and family coming to the area.
