You'll fall in love with Diamond Surf's “Old Florida” charm and feel. Our private ground level home means no stairs to climb.
Diamond Surf is perfect for families, couples or a small group of friends. The house is located with an easy 3-minute stroll down Beach Avenue to the gorgeous white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico or steps to a FREE Anna Maria Island Trolley stop. The trolley will take you to historic Pine Avenue that has quaint shops, cafes, restaurants, including the General Store and Ginny’s and Jane E’s. When you’re ready to head to the beach, load up the supplied beach cart, with the included umbrella, beach chairs, towels and sand toys for a fun day in the sun and surf.

The main living area offers an open concept floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen, gas range and dishwasher for easy post-meal cleanup. The open floor plan keeps everyone comfortable in the family room and dining for six but not cramped, and the air conditioning keeps you cool. Designer inspired furnishings and a palette of bright, coastal colors provide a playful yet comfortable space to relax. Smart TVs provide your entertainment in the two-family rooms and free WiFi access is available throughout the house to keep you connected. Throw your laundry in the private washer and dryer and wash your worries away.
The huge backyard is your own private piece of paradise. The private heated (October-April) pool is nestled among native palms for a very private experience. You’ll have your choice of two dining areas, a Weber gas grill, and chaise lounges in the sun or the shade. Added conveniences include an outdoor shower, fence with locking gate around the pool and garage to easily access beach supplies.
