This cozy home has a welcoming open floor plan for the main living space, making it easy for your group to gather together. The fully equipped kitchen with counter and stools is adjacent to the dining table and holds all the dishware and tools necessary to prepare meals for dining at home, there is a new grill to enjoy outdoor cooking/dining or if you prefer dining out, you will be staying just steps away from the Sunset Bistro for fine cuisine and cocktails with lovely views. This home has central heating, air conditioning and guests are also able to relax in a comfortable living room in front of a warming gas fireplace. There are new mattresses in all 3 bedrooms and the primary bedroom suite with king bed has a desk with chair, access to the balcony with furniture and a jetted tub, perfect for a relaxing soak after fun-filled days! There is a pull-out queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and the other 2 bedrooms both have queen beds and exterior doors that open to a covered porch. One of the guest bedrooms also holds a 2nd desk with work chair to accommodate those looking to enjoy a luxurious workcation or just for the ease of keeping up on social media while away.
