"We had a long weekend stay to attend a wedding and loved the touches that reminded us of holiday shacks from an earlier time. Had a paddle in the Kayaks up river and sat to bird watch on the river bank.It was helpful to have a variety of blanket options to suit the warm conditions (too hot for the doona). Kitchen is small but has everything you need and more. Proper tea pots were a bonus!"

"As advertised, we could see across the water from our bed and at the dining table. It was an easy walk to the hotel and shops."

"Loved the spacious living, bedrooms downstairs lounge kitchen upstairs with veranda showcased views on river and ocean, spectacular. Clean through out, working appliances, all the basic requirements for a getaway. Only issue was TV reception, which after resetting came good. "

"Cant express how well equipped this holiday stay had. As a home chef i packed some of my own kitchen items just to be sure as i was planning to cook on most days, but the kitchen had everything salt pepper, cooking oil, cling wrap, garbage bags, a great spice drawer, rice cooker etc. Had to comment on this first.Let me talk about the views from the very spacious balcony that extends from the living room to the master bedroom. From dawn to dusk i could watch the lake views all day. Lovely...
