"Listing was true to wording. I love that they sent a video of how to find the condo to make it easier on us. Pool was nice 3ft to 6ft and gym had some decent equipment. I did rent the bikes but wasn't able to use them, felt like the road close was to busy to ride any bikes to get to any stores. But I am from the country so people who are city like would probably be more comfortable with it. Place was clean and smelled good. A/c worked amazing as well Only a few cons master bathroom shower takes...

"First time visiting St. Simons and it was a trip to remember. Dave was the most amazing host. He communicated any and everything we may need before we even arrived. We had a small problem come up on the property and Dave sent maintenance to assist in a matter of 2 minutes, it was great! His hospitality is exceptional. I look forward to visiting St. Simons again and staying at Dave’s property. "

"We enjoyed the house and the property and had a relaxing stay. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Ron, the owner, was very easy to work with. "

"The condo was nice. The golf cart and bikes were nice to have. The condo was close to the beach and Pier. "

"We came for a quick 3 days trip, and brought our yellow lab with us. This place was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything, and it’s clear the owner/manager knows how to accommodate. There are games for family, toy basket for dogs, chargers everywhere for phones, and even a coffee bar. We would definitely stay here again. Much better and cheaper than hotel options around there."

"We enjoyed our stay, the home was clean and comfortable. The location was wirhin walking distace to the pier and lighthouse. We would most definitely rent this home again. "

"Great location if your main attraction is the beach! The beach is walking distance from the house. There are popular local restaurants just walking distance from the house as well. The house has another connected to it. We had a neighbor, but NEVER heard them. The kitchen has what you need on vacation. The laundry room has laundry soap and dryer sheets. The king size bed was amazing and very comfortable!!! I slept like a rock! Saint Simon’s is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for...

"The host is prompt and professional with communication. The property is very clean and the a/c works nicely in the main bedroom that we use. It’s a great location for a quick stroll to dinner after a day in the car in transit. Will stay again!"

"You have access to a private beach (which is not nearly as busy as the park area). It’s a great spot and easy walk to beach! The. You can jump in the pool and cool down after:). The house was really clean. I would recommend renting a golfcart as we accessed most of the island on it! Really fun- we will be back! Oh and dog friendly!!"

"É uma região com muitas opções de compras e alimentação, porém o local no entorno do hotel parece abandonado. O hotel precisa de atualização, carpete, revestimentos e decoração antigos, no banheiro a porta está desmanchando, dobradiça oxidada, assim como as luminárias do lavatório, rejuntes em mal estado. A porta do closet falta puxador… Não consegui ligar uma luminária na ante sala do quarto… A área do café da manhã está mal iluminada, cadeiras com os pés pra cima, colocaram um ventilador de piso na área, parece que a climatização está com problemas… Os talheres do café da manhã estão dêspadronizados e com má aparência."
