The building boasts a prime location, just 22 minutes from the Utinga train station and close to excellent restaurants, markets, and shops. It's also just minutes from Park Shopping São Caetano, offering convenience and accessibility.

NOTE: When you arrive at the location, the apartment building is located past the Ibis Hotel building.

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage.

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10 pm (Noise Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure that you have turned off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in time is from 3 pm and our check-out time is before 11 am. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed linen and bath linen change services can be arranged and paid separately. Be careful with products that could damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
