"The guy on reception was amazing he arrived us early at no extra cost. We didn't have a kettle or hairdryer in our room he got them right away.The hotel restaurant currently only serves breakfast but had a good choice at a reasonable price. Unfortunately we had many electrical problems with our room where the power kept cutting out which was quite inconvenient at times. Theres no window in the bathroom so my 4yr old was really scared when it suddenly went dark. We were told an electrician would...

"This hotel appeared to have been fairly recently refurbished to a high standard although sound insulation between rooms could be improved. Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. A la Carte hot breakfast options far exceeded our expectations and were served by attentive friendly staff. The manager, Amir, was very professional and responsive . Excellent value. We would stay again."

"The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. "We ended up here by accident after being double booked at another (unrelated) hotel. We were made to feel so welcome and looked after that we quickly forgot about the ordeal from the night before ! The room was gorgeous with stunning views. The hotel and spa were clean, staff were friendly, the food was excellent. We are so glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem and can’t wait to return! "
