"What a wonderful hotel! The room was spotless, the amenities were the best we have ever seen, the staff were accommodating and friendly, and the fine dining restaurant was superb. In short, our stay was a delight. I realize most visitors to this hotel speak Japanese, but it would be helpful if the brochures and wine menus could be offered in English as well. Just a thought!"

"スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。チェックアウトした後にも関わらず、車を停めさせてもらったまま、観光させてもらえ、その上に旅館までチェックアウト終わってるのに、送迎車に乗せてもらい駐車場まで送ってもらえました。 チェックインアウトのご対応も丁寧で、貸切風呂も綺麗で満足出来ました。 部屋風呂に着いても掛け流し風呂なので、いつ入っても温かくて良かったです。 朝ご飯に着いては、ご飯の量とおかずの量のバランスが悪く、お米をもう少し欲しかったのと、お味噌汁がなかったのが少し残念でした。 弁当なので仕方がないと思いますが… 朝ご飯の際の、薬味や醤油がなかったのも少し残念です。 それ以外は完璧でした。"

"Ich habe auf einer Rundreise per Bahn einen Zwischenstopp in Kobe eingelegt und nach 2 Nächten im Zentrum dort oben auf dem Mt. Rokko eine Nacht verbracht. Ein Häuschen mitten zwischen Bäumen, experimentell und spassig, wie gewünscht. Das zentrale Haus war ebenfalls sehr entspannt und lässig. Konstruktionsbedingt bietet das Haus wenig akustischen Schutz, vor Autos und Bussen. Nach 10 Uhr wurde es dann aber leiser mit hat die Grillen gehört."

"温泉が付いた部屋に泊まりました。大きな温泉がふたつ、部屋にあり、ひとつは透明、ひとつは源泉をひいてきている。とてもリラックスできて良かったです。 テレビは大画面がふたつ、寝室とリビングにありました。大きな机がありみんなで楽しく観れます。 料理は厳選されたものが出て、とても美味しかったです。 建物自体が少し暗い感じがしますが風情があり良かったです。つまずかない様に注意ですが！ また利用したいです。よかった。"

"Our favorite accommodation in Kobe. Spacious and comfort rooms with amazing view of Kobe city and harbor area. The staff is very kind and the main sightseeing spots of the harbor area are within the walking distance. Free shuttle bus available to Sannomiya Train Station, and a taxi ride to Shin Kobe Station is about 2000 yen."
