There was a sign in the lobby suggesting that coffee from the machine was charged for. After paying $172 for a night, I would have thought they could give you a cup of coffee!"

There was no indication that it might only be certain days or by reservation only, in fact it's listed as a full public restaurant on their website, with public menu visible, we'd even planned what we wanted to order. And it was a Friday night, so even if they were only open some days, surely they'd be open for...
