Perched dramatically at the edge of the caldera, within the prestigious complex near Fira, this villa presents uninterrupted panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, the volcanic cliffs, and Santorini’s world-renowned sunsets. Spanning approximately 100 square metres, Villa Minoa combines Cycladic charm with refined modern luxury. The villa is arranged over two levels and includes a spacious open-plan living area with a sofa bed, dining space, and a kitchenette thoughtfully equipped for light meal preparation. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to flood the space while framing captivating views from every angle.



The villa comfortably accommodates up to five guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an opulent en-suite marble bathroom with a large hydro-massage Jacuzzi, designed for up to six persons. The second bedroom is equally luxurious, offering either two single beds or a king-size configuration, and has its own en-suite bathroom complete with a whirlpool tub. Both bedrooms open directly onto the expansive outdoor terrace.



The exterior of Villa Minoa is a true highlight: a private swimming pool and two heated Jacuzzis—one inside the villa’s cave-style bathroom and the other on the sun terrace—ensure complete relaxation in any season. A shaded dining corner and sun loungers enhance the outdoor experience, creating the perfect backdrop for intimate dinners or quiet moments at sunrise and sunset.



Guests benefit from exceptional service and premium amenities throughout their stay. Complimentary daily buffet breakfast is served directly in the villa. A 16-hour room service is available for added convenience, while concierge assistance is accessible 24/7. Complimentary arrival and departure transfers from the airport or harbour are included, along with a free shuttle to and from Fira between 09:15 and 22:00. There are no additional security deposits required for Villa Minoa. However, guests should be aware that during the off-season (October 15th to April 15th), due to cooler ambient temperatures and the potential for strong winds, the pool and hot tubs may not reach ideal temperatures. Between April 15th and October 15th, pools are heated to 28°C and hot tubs to 37°C. Please note that unseasonable weather may still affect these settings.
