Phoebeia Suite forms part of an elegant complex set within a beautifully restored historic residence, originally constructed more than a century ago. The architecture recalls the refined grandeur of an aristocratic home, with high ceilings, graceful arches, large windows and subtle Venetian influences that reflect the cosmopolitan character of its past. This timeless aesthetic is complemented by an interior design that blends polished wood, marble, bronze details and curated decorative elements, creating an atmosphere of cultured sophistication. Adjacent to the original building, a series of newly formed suites offers a seamless transition into contemporary luxury, allowing guests to enjoy the charm of history alongside the comfort and amenities of the modern era.



The Phoebeia Suite is generously proportioned, offering a layout that includes a welcoming living area, two serene bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. Soothing neutral tones, soundproofing, and thoughtful details ensure privacy and relaxation, while the sea view enhances the suite’s sense of tranquillity. Guests will appreciate the private hot tub, a luxurious touch that invites slow mornings or peaceful evenings overlooking the water. The suite is equipped with a flat-screen television with cable channels, coffee machine, minibar, air conditioning and heating, along with quality linens and bathroom amenities such as slippers and toiletries.



Daily housekeeping is provided, and reception and concierge services are available to assist throughout the stay. Breakfast is served in the charming veranda area between the historic and modern wings of the complex, where guests will also find a shared pool furnished with double loungers and umbrellas, offering a peaceful ambience for unwinding.
