"Upon arrival (Feb 8) we were given a room with one bed. I told them I requested two beds and was told I could not change to a two bed room. Upon entering the one bed room, the bathroom smelled horridly!. We had to keep the door shut. I then looked up my reservation and lo and behold I did request two beds. "This was my third or fourth stay. The place is still clean, and staff are as friendly as ever. Perhaps it’s a good time to replenish linen and bath things such as the mat, as some have serious fraying. "pros: room is ok. they provided slippers, staff were nice, polite and attentive to need of the costumers cons: we stayed for 5 nights, there was never a wifi. extra pillows were extra charge. no hair dryer. water pressure was low. "

Not good

"Pre booked and pre paid a queen size bed in a standard room. I was expecting exactly that, not more. They tried to push me to a single bed standard room for no reason. I refused, reception said it was overbooked. Told them it wasn’t my fault, if they don’t have the same room, give me a better room, or refund me the difference if they send me to a single. Magically appears a queen size bed standard room. Lost 30min in this mission… Next day, went for dinner in the hotel restaurant: refused entry, closed for private event. No room service too… zero seats st the lobby, if you’re waiting someone or taxi, better be prepared to stand up… not going back, and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay there."
