Outside, you’ll find a large, well-maintained garden, perfect for spending time outdoors. There are several areas dedicated to relaxation, spaces where children can play, and a beautiful outdoor dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, and wood-fired oven—ideal for preparing and sharing meals under the Sicilian sky. The private heated pool, equipped with a telescopic cover, allows you to enjoy the water in different seasons and is surrounded by areas where you can relax in the sun or in the shade of the garden.

Inside, the villa offers spacious, bright, and welcoming interiors. The ground floor features a large living room with a dining area and a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring. Next to it, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary tools to cook just like at home. This floor also includes a laundry room and a guest bathroom.

Upstairs is the sleeping area, consisting of four bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one room with two bunk beds, ideal for families with children. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. This floor also features two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
