A fantastic sea view apartment, inside the beautiful Aregai port of Santo Stefano al Mare, equipped with a wonderful infinity pool facing the sea, an additional hydromassage pool, private terrace overlooking the sea and parking.

The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and foldaway bed, an elegant living room/kitchen with sofa bed, a bathroom and private terrace with sea view and dining table.

The keys to the apartment and the parking card will be delivered to guests inside the

port reception.

To access the car park, simply take the appropriate ticket which will then be replaced for the entire duration of the stay.

The reception will be available 7 days a week from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 18.00 (Sunday half

day).

Residential area where you can have access to various services such as the rental of different types of boats, the use of a gym, various restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream shops, tobacconist and above the apartment a splendid 24 km long cycle path that starts from Ospedaletti and reaches Imperia.

Inside the Aregai port it is possible to move on foot, however if you want to leave the complex and do not have your own transport you can use a shuttle bus service with terminus in Sanremo or Imperia, from which you can take advantage of connections with other buses.

The bus ticket costs €1.50.

The port has various car parks with 24-hour surveillance and upon arrival the guest will be given a card to enter and exit freely.
