"The room was sufficient, but the bathroom definitely needed to be reworked. There is no hot running water. There is no real pressure for the shower. So I had to use the bucket and a kettle that was provided by the hotel to heat up my water so I wasn’t taking a cold bucket bath. There were also about a dozen ants inside the bathroom that I spotted. If anything, the bathroom can certainly be upgraded. The area around the property is very noisy with traffic. But if I would shut the bathroom window...

"The airconditioning system was leaking inside the room and flooded some areas in the room although when we called the staff’s attention, they have responded prompty "

"The room bathroom and cabinets needed major renovation. It looks the same way from when I went in 2018. There were small cockroaches that came out when I was in the shower and around the sink. The towel rack was about to fall and hit me in the shower as well. Overall the breakfast was the only thing that was good with our stay. "

"Room was very clean. The staff person/receptionist seemed to not treat people equally. We show up 2 hours before check in and am told the room is not yet available. Some other couple Walk up to the counter shortly afterwards and are checked in / given their key to there room. My wife asks why are the checked in and we're still waiting and is told they are a different condition - whatever that means, but the manager steps in and gets us checked in.
