Stay in a private Superior Room at a Villa in a secured gated community with 24-hour security guards in the heart of Boca Chica minutes away from historic sights, beach, restaurants, nightlife, casino grocery shops and more.

The house has its own private entrance high ceiling, ceiling fans, WIFI access, air conditioning, nice wide beautiful hallway with nice Caribbean wall arts, big bright windows, 3 sliding glass doors, private swimming pool, BBQ grill, 2 huge bedrooms with closets, 2 king-size beds, the Master Superior bedroom has a TV with cable, its own private bathroom with bidets, toilet, sinks, and a full shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, utensils, stove, microwave, coffee machine, cooking pots and pans, a blender, wine opener, wine glasses, drinking glasses, coffee mugs and more.

The living room has cable, a TV, a nice sofa, and Caribbean wall art, the lovely courtyard has a big terrace, beach chairs, nice patio chairs and table.

The yard is well maintained, nice green grass, palm trees, flowers, a nice big swimming pool, a BBQ grill and more.

INTERACTIONS WITH GUESTS:
When coming to the property, we will meet you at the front entrance gate to greet you and bring you to your new villa for the time of your stay in paradise.

HOUSE RULES:
I really just have three simple rules: No Smoking. No Pets. And please respect that checkout is by 11 AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving. Check-in time is any time after 3 PM.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Please note: One-night stays are only valid for Sunday through Thursday nights; weekends are a minimum of two nights.

This is only a room rental in the villa, the room and the bathroom in the room are private. The rest of the villa including living room, kitchen, pool, backyard, the half bathroom, patio are shared with other guests.

COST OF THINGS AND GETTING AROUND IN THE CITY:

The best wat to get around is through Uber, Uber’s are available anytime and cost about $2 to get to almost anywhere else in town. You can have a full meal for around $2.50, a bottle of water cost less than 10 cents, a bottle of beer at the club will cost you about $2 to $3, a dollar at a boutique, buying a bottle of alcohol at the liquor store starts at $5, grocery shopping is very cheap here as well! No, I’m not kidding, ask me and I will bring you to these places. All these prices mentioned above are in US Dollars.
