Kitchen equipped with utensils and cutlery (does not include consumables). Laundry area with washer / dryer and ironing board (does not include consumables).

2 bathrooms, each equipped 2 regular-size towels and a hand towel, and a welcome amenity kit (2 bars of soap, 2 hotel-size shampoo and 1 toilet paper roll).

Esperilla is an upscale neighborhood located in central downtown Santo Domingo, it features beautiful parks, restaurants, museums and theaters in just a short trip. Beautiful Zona Colonial is just 10/15 minutes driving distance depending on traffic, and the best malls in town (Agora Mall, Galeria 360 and Sambil Mall) can be accessed by the nearby subway/metro station.

2 private parking spaces are provided, but I recommend using ridesharing apps (uber, cabify), also, the subway/metro station (Joaquin Balaguer Station) is just a few minutes walking distance.

The apartment has a security camera with DVR, installed on the outside of the entrance door to the apartment.
