Our apartment is designed to accommodate a couple or a small family, you will enjoy 1 bedroom with a comfy queen bed, tv, private bathroom and walking closet, the space has a great natural light in every space, in the living room we offer a comfy love seat with tv and the balcony where you can read or enjoy a bottle of wine.

this building has and infinite pool in the roof top with ocean view and the city skyline views, also the fully equipped gym its open from 6 am to 9 pm every day.

Our guests will have access to the roof top area where they can find the terrace, infinity pool and the gym.

-Air conditioning in each bedroom and living room area.

-Hot water and electricity.

-Guests must stop by the front desk to confirm their reservation and a wristband will be provided.

-NO VISITORS IN THE COMMON AREAS.

-Electricity in Santo Domingo is very Expensive, for monthly rentals there's a limit of 60 dollars of electricity consumption, if there's a difference will be charged through Airbnb separately-.
