The space
Relax in this stylish and spacious one-bedroom condo featuring an open-plan living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa, dining area, and fully stocked kitchenette. Two private balconies invite you to enjoy the coastal breeze.
This fresh condo is part of a resort style community that is fully gated and secured and boasts many luscious green common areas. It even has a private restaurant and bar for guest convenience that is cash only and is open from 7am to 11pm. Guests have access to two large pools, two children’s pools, and a jacuzzi — all open from dawn to dusk — plus one reserved surface parking space. Conveniently located across from oceanfront restaurants with water access and just a 5–10 minute walk to the public beach, shops, and local dining. Perfect for couples, small families, or anyone seeking a stylish and convenient coastal stay.

Guest access
Guest will have private access to their own condo and shared access to common areas, pools, green fields, parking spot, and restaurant and bar on site.
Other things to note
The closest airport is Aeropuerto de las Americas or SDQ and it is a 12 minute drive away. If you are requiring taxi services, including pick up and drop off from airport or around town, we count with a property tech that lends his vehicle services to guests at market rates.

We can also pre-stock essentials , possible special requests ie cake and decor for birthdays, and provide excursion and local attraction information at market rates.
