Guests may use the apartment’s patio. The building has a coworking lounge that can
be used for work, business meetings, or reading. It has a swimming pool during the summer season (October 15 to March 20).
There is also a gourmet lounge, a movie theater for 15 people each, and outdoor patios with grills for barbecuing. These require reservations and incur an additional cost.
The gym can be used by making a reservation at the front desk at least 24 hours in advance.
Building rules must be followed.
Other important points
Parties, loud noises, and loud music are not allowed, and smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the apartment—it is equipped with a smoke detector. If anyone is caught smoking inside the apartment or allowing guests not listed on the reservation to enter, the reservation will be canceled and a fine of $80.,000 CLP or $85 dollars will be charged.
Smoking is permitted on the patio with the windows closed. Surcharges will be assessed for damage to the garden. Pets are not allowed.
