the building where the room is located is inhabited by university students in its majority, it is a very quiet, safe and cozy place. For us it is a priority that our guests feel 100% comfortable. we will be at your disposal at all times with only one call or a text message

Inside the building our guests can enjoy our warm weather, sunbathe or enjoy sunsets in a small terrace located on the 3rd floor.
