Ideal holiday finca for families with children, fenced pool and playground

Finca Xemarri is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Both the facade of the holiday home and the interior have been painted in special colors to harmonize with the natural landscape. A pine door leads into the spacious entrance hall and on to the roomy living/dining area with a solid oak table and chairs. The bright, welcoming room is decorated with paintings by the owner. Large doors open onto the garden terrace. The very well-equipped, modern kitchen has a serving hatch to the dining area and access to the large covered terrace with a barbecue area, perfect for al fresco dining. One twin bedroom has its own wheelchair-accessible shower room, while two further twin bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with its own bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The outdoor area features a beautiful lawn and Mediterranean plants, as well as a fantastic children's playground. The pool can also be fenced in free of charge upon request. Beneath the shaded terrace, you'll find another outdoor dining area with a spacious barbecue.
