This welcoming house located in Santanyí, with a private pool, accommodates up to 12 guests.
Enjoy the Mediterranean climate while relaxing in this spectacular villa, which offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. You will have a private chlorine pool measuring 5.5 m x 2.5 m, with a constant depth of 1.90 m, as well as an outdoor shower where you can cool off after a day of sightseeing around the island. There is also a porch where you can enjoy a meal or a drink, and a sofa area where you can sip a cocktail under the stars.

The interior is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living room, equipped with a Smart TV and open to the dining area, creating a pleasant space to gather together. The kitchen has a gas hob and all the utensils you need to cook just as you would at home. The washing machine is integrated and there is also an iron and ironing board. On this same floor, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, and a room with a pool table where you can enjoy a game with your companions. Upstairs, you will find another living room with a sofa and four bedrooms, all with two single beds and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and there are also two additional bathrooms with showers for greater comfort. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The estate is located in Santanyí, a charming village known for its crystal-clear beaches, stunning natural landscapes, traditional architecture and relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. We encourage you to explore its historic centre, made up of narrow cobbled streets and stone houses, perhaps stopping at a good restaurant to enjoy the local cuisine. If you feel like spending a day in the sun by the sea, do not hesitate to visit the beautiful beach of Cala Santanyí or Cala Mondragó, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island thanks to its crystal-clear waters, fine sand and the impressive nature reserve that surrounds it.
