Family-friendly villa with roof terrace - Casa Antonio

The recently modernised, typically Majorcan Casa Antonio is in a quiet, rural location on the outskirts of the tranquil coastal town of Cala Llombards - away from mass tourism. The famous bay "Caló des Moro / Cala S'Almunia" is only 900 m away.

The family-friendly holiday home has an air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Facilities include air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair.

The spacious outdoor area offers numerous areas where you can sit or lie down and eat. Further highlights for sure are the portable barbecue, the pool with stairs and wide bench (in summer the ideal place for a refreshing drink) as well as the large roof terrace with sea view, where mostly a refreshing wind blows. In the Mediterranean garden, under palm trees and pine trees, you will always find sun and shade for your outdoor siesta.



A supermarket and a village pub are within walking distance (900m), further shopping facilities as well as restaurants, bars and cafés are located 5.5 km away in Santanyi or 4 km away in Es Llombards. The romantic, natural sandy beach Caló des Moro is only a few minutes walk away.



Parking spaces are available on the street, it is also possible to park on the property.



Pets are not allowed.



Bed linen and towels are included in the price.



We live on an island, therefore a responsible use of resources is very important. Additional costs for water and electricity are included in the price as long as they are used responsibly. Excessive use may result in additional costs.



IMPORTANT: It is strictly forbidden to hold parties and events in the house.

The minimum stay allowed must be respected during the whole stay in the house.



Smoking is NOT allowed



If any of these rules are not followed, we will be obliged to take immediate action and, if necessary, to evict the guests from the house.
