This pretty, well-kept holiday home is located near the small town of Santanyi, in the south of the island of Mallorca. The city center with many restaurants, cafes and weekly market is only 500 m away. The fine sandy beach of Cala de Santanyi is 3 km away.

The living area is completely on the ground floor and consists of a large living room with air conditioning, comfortable couch and flat screen (satellite TV), dining table with chairs. Right next door is the comfortable, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning, which can be activated on site using a coin counter (EUR 1.00 for 2 hours).
Next to the kitchen there is a small utility room with a washing machine and here is also the dishwasher.
The bathroom has a shower with bathtub and a second door that leads outside to the terrace and pool area.
The two bedrooms with air conditioning are furnished with a large double bed (1. 80 x 2. 00 m) and 2 single beds (1. 00 x 1. 80 m) with large closets and plenty of storage space.
The outdoor area consists of a swimming pool with a sundeck and a lawn with young, shady palm trees. The terrace behind the house gets an awning in summer. A second small terrace with table and chairs has a green, shade-giving roof and a brick, covered grill complements the ambience.
The electricity is operated in an exemplary manner via solar in connection with a generator.
