The family-friendly Villa Sila impresses with its unique, tranquil and completely secluded location on a plot of almost 10,000 m² overgrown with palm trees and oleanders. Your view extends far beyond the boundaries of the property as you enjoy the seclusion of this enchanting villa against a backdrop of olive groves and agricultural plots. However, the house is by no means isolated, but on the doorstep of the beautiful town of Santanyí. You will soon realise that you are living close to one of the most beautiful places in the south of the island, if not immediately, then definitely when you enjoy the fabulous view from the spacious balcony on the upper floor. The cheerful villa with its beautiful light blue shutters and numerous terraces looks so peaceful and quiet that you will immediately feel completely welcome. Everything throughout the property and the villa has a particularly natural and authentic feel, which is also emphasised by the lush garden surrounding the villa. The blue sky is reflected in the pool loungers and azure blue shutters around the large, private pool of 50 m² with a large, surrounding natural stone terrace. Treat yourself to a sunbath on the inviting pool terrace and enjoy dinner with the whole group in the accommodation's covered outdoor areas.



The rooms are bright and cosy. An open-plan living area with two comfortable sofas invites you to enjoy a cosy evening in front of the TV. The living area opens onto a dining area with a dressing table for the youngest guests. This living area has easy-care, terracotta-coloured tiles, walls in soft, earthy colours, honey-coloured wooden windows and tiles that have been converted into lamps and mounted on the wall, which underlines the special natural atmosphere of the house. The comfortable kitchen is located behind the dining area and is functionally equipped with a dishwasher, a cooker with gas and ceramic hob, a large, free-standing fridge, a coffee machine (Nespresso, you have to bring your own pods) and much more. With genuine Mallorcan tiles on the walls and worktops, this room contributes to the authentic style of the house. For safety reasons, parents with young children should note that the staircase is open and could be a potential hazard. There is plenty of space for up to 6 people (plus a baby) to relax in the villa's three incredibly spacious and comfortable bedrooms. In the bedrooms you will find the same beautiful floor tiles, bright, cheerful walls and partially exposed wooden beams. Both bathrooms are fitted with natural stone.



If you fancy a day at the beach, the most beautiful beaches in the south of the island are just a few minutes away. Cala Llombards is only 2 kilometres from the villa. Many Mallorcans and travel guides consider it to be one of the most beautiful bays in Mallorca. The fjord-like bay of Cala Figuera, just 4 km away, is also worth a visit. Santanyí is only 4.3 km away, so you can get there quickly for strolling, shopping, going out and sightseeing. However you wish to tailor your holiday and the activities here are almost limitless we are sure you will enjoy your holiday at rural Villa Sila to the full. Villa Sila is set amongst tall palm trees and oleanders on a secluded plot in a quiet location near Santanyí on the southern tip of the island. Santanyí is only 4.3 km away and offers numerous shops and supermarkets as well as great restaurants and bars. Not far from Santanyí is the Cap de ses Salines, which marks the southernmost point of the island. The most beautiful beaches of the 35 km long coastline, such as Calo des Moro or Cala Llombard, are only 2 km away.
