"Terrible installation: it cannot be considered a hotel! It was just a bedroom used by someone and it was dirty, with water flowing in the vase, no towels. "We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family of 16. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and the layout of the four private units—three suites downstairs and one large unit upstairs—worked perfectly for our group. "Very comfortable home with a great pool area in a quiet neighborhood. Great for large families or a group of friends. One of the rooms is detached and by the pool with its own bathroom which was great for our needs. While there are a few areas of the house that could use some improvements, the host is extremely accommodating and quick to respond, which makes up for any minor issues."

"We had an amazing 3 week vacation in PR with friends and family!! This house fit our needs and made our trip!! The beach is amazing and not crowded. The pool was perfect. We cooked, ate, relaxed and had so much fun here! And as an added bonus the restaurant across the street had fabulous food and the best margaritas!! I would recommend this house to all!!!"

"The views capture you from many parts of the property; the kitchen, the pool, the gazebo, and several other parts.The owners were very responsive for each and every need.We set out to create a memorable vacation for our large family and this did not disappoint. "We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio with the ocean view; it is shaded so very comfortable even on hot days.Lilly provided a lot of details before our arrival with detailed check-in instructions. She was always prompt responding to our questions.Overall, a great property and great location."

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

"Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR."

"2 nights and 3 days of peace and beautiful views. We followed Claritza's directions to get there and we had no problems. The house is beautiful and clean. I loved the way the house is decorated. We wanted to go to the river, we asked Claritza and she gave us very easy to follow directions. We spent some time at the river, we visited the Adjuntas plaza, we had coffee at Deleite, we visited El Campo es Lena and visited a coffee plantation Jacana. We give this place a 10/10."

"The property was very cute and clean and had many items I wasn’t expecting. It could use an ironing board and iron and some outlets in the bathroom for blow dryer use. The price was very reasonable. Might need it again next year for the last week of June again. "

"We had such a lovely stay at this home. I appreciate that it allowed me to be close to visit family in Utuado but also was a peaceful stay up in the mountains. We spent three nights and enjoyed it all. The hosts were great and we enjoyed one meal from Carmen that was delicious!"

The ACs kept the house and rooms nice and cool It’s a newly built home, but the layout is different from what many mainland U.S. travelers expect. There is no interior stairwell, you must go outside and down a flight of stairs to access the other three bedrooms. "Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."
