The property is cleaned every week, and this weekly fee is not included in the price. It will be paid on arrival.

Then go outside to the large private terrace from where you can access the separate kitchen, separate bathrooms and separate bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, mini oven, dishwasher, double hotplate and all kinds of kitchen utensils. There is a small table with two chairs in the kitchen in case you can not eat outside. The kitchen can be opened with 2 shutters so that the kitchen is open.

On the terrace there is a large sitting area with electric sunshade. The bedroom in the tower has a 140 x 190 bed, storage & hanging space for clothes and a Tv with international channels.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The outdoor shower is outside. This top floor apartment has many beautiful plants, sun all day and offers a lot of privacy as the apartment is difficult to see from outside. You really live outside and that is special.

There is the opportunity on Wednesday and Saturday to have your things washed in color/white for 5 euros per wash. There is also a large communal pool with garden. This particular top floor apartment is ideal for relaxing or working in all peace and quiet.

The apartment is located in a beautiful residential complex close to the sea in the village of La Quinta, which is part of the municipality of Santa Ursula. In La Quinta there is a lot of greenery and beautiful trails for hiking and mountain biking, it stretches out to the cliffs of the sea.

La Quinta has a small supermarket, a wine store and a

restaurant (Taller de Don Diego Álvarez), both within walking distance. Also, there is a nice spa with warm indoor pool at Hotel La Quinta which is very close. Also La Quinta Garden, a small park is nice to linger and do sports.

To the center of Santa Ursula you can walk, there are stores, supermarkets and restaurants. There is a bus stop in 10 min walking distance where you can take the bus to Puerto de la Cruz or Santa Cruz. So you don't really need a car but it is practical to explore the island with a car.

The nearest beaches are only accessible by car or bus, Playa el Bollullo, Playa El Ancón. Or Playa Martianez or Playa Punta Brava in Puerto de la Cruz.

The climate so close to the sea is mild all year round and pleasant even in winter. Nevertheless, it can be chilly and we recommend guests to bring warmer clothes in the winter time.
