"My stay at Selva resort was absolutely amazing. The property is beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained.

Clean house with everything that you need. Not too far from the center of Santa Teresa with several restaurants close by and a supermarket.

"Ein wunderschönes Plätzchen in einem sehr schlechten und ungepflegten Zustand. Kein Service trotz vorhandenem Personal, keine Geschirrtücher, Duschtücher trocknen in dem Klima nicht, werden aber auch nicht gewechselt, die Dusche verdient den Namen nicht. Die Straßen generell und die Zufahrt im Besonderen sind eine Zumutung, der Zugang zum Strand ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Daneben war eine teilweise sehr laute Truppe, am übernächsten Grundstück wurde mit enormen Geräuschentwicklung...

"The house is pretty and in a great location. It has everything you need to cook, beds are comfortable but lacking linens and pillows. No blankets provided/no extra pillow or towels. We had a hard time connecting with the internet, one of the codes didn't work at all... so we didn't get the instructions or passcodes until later in the day...
Our host, Jennifer was great, nice and receptive."

You're an easy and quick walk to the best part of the beach and so close to many food spots, grocery store and shops.
