"Bon accueil par Carlo, avec la transmission d'un max d'infos pour visiter Rome. Location très bien située à 20min des plages et 20min de Cornelia Station de métro pour accéder au centre de Rome.Environnement très agréable et naturel, avec accès à la ferme et aux animaux, parfait pour nos enfants de 6, 9 et 12 ans, qui étaient parfaitement accompagnés par la mamie de la famille hôte.Très beau séjour !!!"

"Perfect for a relaxing time after a full on few days in the city. Property was very clean and well kept. Lovely pool and great space helping our family have a relaxing holiday. Bus routes are a little complicated and don’t be fooled by Google maps as walking trails are not as accessible as they think but this is not a reflection of the villa or surroundings. "

"The host was terrible about communicating. It wasn't until the day I was on my way that I realized they had yet to tell me how to the property or where the room was. After messages through VRBO went ignored our transfer driver called and left a message, then called and explained that we were there waiting. It was then the host looked at the messages on VRBO and decided to reply they did not expect us for another 30 minutes so they had not cleaned the room yet. But "the girl"would give us the key...

"Stayed just the one night before heading to a cruise the next day. The condo was nice and clean and the contact person had great communication throughout the entire process. They were able to offer travel from the airport and to the cruise port. The beds and pillows were comfortable and similar to what I have at home, so I slept great. It’s centrally located in a plaza surrounded by a few pubs and bars that served food. Would definitely look for this place again if/when in the area. "

"Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. The rooms within the house are also spacious and comfortable for a larger family. I would definitely recommend Simonetta’s...
