790 Western Lake Drive includes access to WaterColorā€™s private beach, pools and amenities. It is located in the center of WaterColor with easy access to the beach (0.3 mi), Boathouse, Beach Club (0.4 mi), and Camp WaterColor. It is also conveniently located right next to the walking path that brings you to Seaside in less than 5 minutes (0.25 mi). Five bikes are included with the rental. Golf carts can be rented from Electric Cart Company if desired, but definitely not needed due to the perfect location. Free WaterColor trolley available Spring Break-Labor Day with a stop across the street from the property.

The first floor is where all 4 bedrooms are located with their private baths. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large custom headboard. The master bath has a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The second guest bedroom has a new king bed and private bathroom with dual sinks. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with dual sinks. The 4th bedroom has full size bunk beds and a private bath. There is a screened porch downstairs off of the hallway from the bedrooms.

The second floor includes an open living area flowing to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is complete with stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and slate floors. Off of the kitchen there are two dining areas, with a large table that seats 12 and the other which seats 4. The living area has plenty of space for the whole family to relax after a long day at the beach. The second floor also has 2 large porches.

Parking: The property has 3 on-site parking spaces available for rental guests to use. An on-property parking space is required for any LSV.

WaterColor amenities: The advertised number of rental guests is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the property (10). Access credentials (wristbands) are required for all guests ages 5 years and older. WaterColor charges a nightly amenity fee of $9 per advertised number of rental guests (10) per night in order to use the amenities of the resort. Please note this price is subject to change each January. The price for WaterColor amenity wristbands is included in the quote and provides access to all WaterColor amenities.

Seaside Fan Trip

Our stay here was great! The property was exactly as depicted in the photos. All bedrooms were downstairs in a long hallway, which actually made nap times and bed times easier for everyone. Upstairs was the kitchen and living area, and we all loved going up there and spending time together. The property manager was very responsive the few times I had to reach out (late checkout related). I did notice underneath the beds hadnā€™t been cleaned before our stay. I think the cleaning people may have forgotten to get under our bed. I still give it 5 stars for clean because everything else was clean! The water color membership was an added bonus if youā€™re bringing little ones. Beach days are long, so it was nice to change it up. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful relaxing MDW in WaterColor

Our group of friends had a wonderful MDW at this home! We were three couples plus an infant and caregiver and found the house to be the perfect size and location for us. Itā€™s walking distance to Seaside downtown and the WaterColor beach club, and has multiple porches to relax on when youā€™re home. The host was extremely helpful and responsive as well. We would absolutely try to return, and highly recommend this home to anyone!

Amazing House!!!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly located. We visited with three generations of family and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked every night and ate in the screened porch. It's a short walk to all the shops and beach at seaside and we biked to the pool and all over watercolor. Alexa was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

Great visit! Nice property w plenty of room for 3 families. House was in a good location in Watercolor and the access to amenities w Bch Club and Camp Watercolor was nice! Property manager was very helpful! Only minor concern was we couldve used at least a few backup rolls of paper towel, tpulet paper and extra trash bag or twoā€¦and one of bikes was without a chain so couldnt ride it. Easy fixes. Great overall experience!

Adult vacation

Coastal retreat was a perfect Watercolor property. Alexa was so easy to work with and was so accommodating. We have stayed at homes in Watercolor and a seaside for 20 plus years and this location is perfection. The home was sparkling clean and exactly as advertised. I would certainly book this home again and would recommend highly to anyone considering a stay in Watercolor.

Beautiful House in a Great Location!

We stayed at this home in March 2024 and it's exactly as advertised. Absolutely fantastic! Great location very walkable to Seaside and Watercolor Beach Club. Our favorite part was three different outdoor spaces (2 upstairs & 1 downstairs) to hang out and relax. The kitchen is a great space to cook & well equipped. The grill was clean & worked perfect. Remote check-in was a breeze. Alex fixed our only glitch with the TV in no time. Only suggestion would be to update the stereo system in the home. It has great speakers inside and out but it needs a new receiver (preferably with Bluetooth connection). Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect New Yearā€™s getaway

We enjoyed this property very much. The location was perfect for an easy walk or bike ride to the beach club or the tennis courts. It is also ideally located to walk to Sea Side. The property accommodated our group of seven well. It was clean, and it was just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Alexa was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Thanksgiving at Watercolor

We had a great stay at Watercolor over Thanksgiving 2023- thanks Alexa! Alexa is very prompt to reply to all messages and made everything extremely easy. The house was super clean and great for our family of 6. The best part of the house is the location- just steps to the shops at Seaside! We hope to be back!
