Welcome to The Sea Chord, your perfect beachside retreat along the stunning 30A coastline. This charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is designed for comfort and convenience, offering everything you need for a relaxing escape. Whether you're a family or a group of friends, this home is an ideal getaway just steps from the sugar-white sands of Walton Dunes Beach Access—a quick 3-minute walk down the street.

Inside, the condo greets you with natural light streaming into the living room, where cozy seating beckons for movie nights or an afternoon nap. A Murphy bed easily folds down to offer extra sleeping space, seamlessly transforming the space into a comfortable retreat for an additional guest.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to whip up beachside breakfasts, complete with barstool seating for casual dining. The kitchen comes stocked with a crockpot, griddle, and plates, bowls, and cups for children. You’ll also find a community grill nearby waiting to be fired up.

When it's time to relax, step out to the private balcony where you can enjoy both Gulf and lake views while letting the fresh ocean breeze rejuvenate your senses.. There’s even a guitar ready to grab off the wall and strum along to the sounds of the waves.

The loft bedroom has two queen beds, providing ample room for restful sleep after a day of sun and surf. A full bathroom with a convenient shower makes washing off the salt and sand easy. Plus, in-home laundry and convenient parking make your stay as hassle-free as possible. Additional amenities include card and board games, beach toys, children’s toys, and beach chairs.

When you're not lounging at the beach, take advantage of the large, heated community pool and hot tub, surrounded by sun loungers perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Whether you're here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, The Sea Chord delivers the perfect combination of beach access, comfort, and style—a true coastal haven for families and groups alike.

30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida’s famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you’ll find white sands, azure waters, and laid-back vibes. This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

Home Truths:
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. However, pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $250 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note the elevator at this property is managed by the HOA, not AvantStay.
- The community pool is heated by HOA during winter months.

Parking Details:
- There are two parking spaces available for your use. Each booking will receive 2 parking passes, and these must be displayed at all times.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Awesome Stay!

The Sea Chord unit was beautiful...perfect for my husband & I! It was very nicely decorated and exactly as described! The unit was well stocked, and having a place that supplied beach chairs, umbrella, & beach towels was so great! Having a washer & dryer was also an added bonus. We loved the pool area and the close proximity to the beach! Also, loved that we were so close to the boat ramp to launch our kayak on Eastern Lake! We enjoyed the balcony, which had amazing Adirondack glider chairs and loved the lake view from there!The grounds at Beachfront II complex are beautiful and very well maintained!Can't say enough good things about our stay....definitely a great vacation!!
