As you step inside this cozy vacation rental, you are greeted with a beach-chic ambiance. Coastal accents adorn the walls of the open-concept great room that combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Glass doors and large windows let in ample light, making the space warm and cheery. Cool gray walls and sandy-toned floors add to the relaxed feel. The sliding glass doors off the living area access a screened-in, furnished porch—a great spot for enjoying the perfect coastal weather and refreshing drinks. Back inside, the living room features a white slipcovered queen-size sleeper sofa and two matching armchairs. The casual setup faces a wall-mounted TV. A circular hardwood table, geometric rug, side table, and beachy wall art complete the space. Next to the living room is a dining area with a round table and four high-backed chairs. From here, the wood floors flow seamlessly into the open kitchen, which includes white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen island with two raised bar chairs.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, chic distressed furnishings, a reading chair, a TV, and a sunny window. Its ensuite bath has a corner walk-in shower, a separate bathtub, and a double vanity with ample counter space. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen-size bed complemented by calm beach paintings on the walls. The other guest bedroom is a fun bunkroom featuring two twin-over-full bunks. The guest bedrooms share access to a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

As guests at Seagrove Highlands, you will have access to vacation amenities to help elevate your beach vacation experience. The community pool is surrounded by a paver sundeck. It is a great spot to lounge by the water, soak up the sun, and take a refreshing dip. On the other side of the pool, you can access a fishing dock that overlooks a coastal dune lake. Although the beach is only a four-to-five-minute stroll from the property, guests can use the complimentary golf cart to drive instead of walk. The golf cart makes it easy to transport all your beach gear in one go instead of hauling it in a wagon or holding it as you go!

In addition to on-site amenities, you are also conveniently close to grocery stores, eateries, boutiques, galleries, and other coastal amusements. Nearby popular restaurants include Café 30A, Mi Casita, and the Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House. The property’s central location on 30A means you are close to the other beach towns of the scenic highway as well. Visit the unique beach villages like Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Grayton Beach to experience different aspects of this stretch of coast!
