Fall in love with Sol Mate, our Newly Remodeled 4BR/ 3BA condo in Blue Mountain Beach.  Set right into one of 30A’s most luxurious beach front communities, this bright and spacious condo is conveniently located close to the best food and fun 30A has to offer!  The Adagio gated community provides a uniquely awesome experience with it’s 8,000 square foot multi-level Gulf-Front heated pool, just one of two pools that share a spectacular gulf front view.  From here, you’re only a few steps from the sand between your toes.  Enjoy the effortless private beach access and state of the art amenities including a hot tub, fitness center, outdoor grills, and wireless internet.  There are two parking spaces available for each unit. Parking for 2 cars only

Sol Mate offers a beautiful common living area with neutral and modern beach colors.  The master bedroom speaks for itself with it’s own private balcony and spa-like ensuite.  Three additional large guest bedrooms offer space for the entire family!  Fresh furnishings and decor, along with a completely remodeled kitchen makes this condo feel brand new!  Enjoy the fantastic gulf views from the kitchen, living area, and dining room, or walk out onto the spacious balcony to enjoy everyday sights and sounds of the ultimate beach vacation along our famous Scenic Highway 30A.

Always great at the adagio

We love the adagio. This property was well stocked in regards to the kitchen. It was very clean on arrival. The outlets in the front king bedroom were not all working and the back two king bedrooms the bed squeaked so loud. You could hear the right bedroom’s bed throughout the house anytime anyone moved on it. Outside of these things it was an excellent property.

Fabulous accommodations

We loved the ease of going to the beach. The pools were amazing and enjoyed by all. Condo was spacious and we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the water.

Another Great Stay!

This is our 4th stay at Adagio but first time in this unit. We loved the layout and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we enjoyed the toiletries provided as we forgot a few things. Plenty of patio seating for morning coffee and a glass of wine while watching the sunset. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay at Solemate. The property and location were both perfect for us. Everything was as described. Well stocked for all of our needs! There was plenty of room for our two families and three children. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful oceanfront condo

This is a very nice complex with multiple pools and a hot tub. This condo is oceanfront so we had wonderful views from the well furnished balcony and main living area. We cooked two evenings and found the kitchen well equipped overall. My only complaint is that our access code stopped working 45 minutes before checkout time while we were loading the cars. Thankfully one friend was still inside so we were able to get back in. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect location at Santa Rosa beach

The condo is located by both pools and by the stairs to the beach. Very convenient. There are also good restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to drive. Condo is spacious and clean. Loved the balcony-lots of space, comfortable furniture and you can listen and watch the waves. View is wonderful! There are quite a few stairs to the beach so if you have trouble with stairs this beach isn’t your best choice but water is clear and very soft sand. We had a great time! Bring beach towels since they don’t have any. Only suggestion for owners is providing beach chairs and an umbrella since you can’t bring those if you fly. Not a big issue though and we would go again!

Amazing Experience

From the entrance at the gate house you feel like you are entering an Italian villa. Then you open the door to the condo and catch a glimpse of the crystal clear waters of the ocean that await you on the other side of the massive balcony. As you are drawn to the water at the other end of the home you walk past the large bedrooms and beautifully decorated living room. Seated on the balcony now you can unwind, relax and take it all in as you listen to the waves.

Amazing Condo, Location, and View - No Communication from Management Company

Condo itself is extremely nice, recently updated and overlooks the ocean and all rooms were spacious. Was exactly as presented in the pics. We had friends staying in 4 other condos in the complex and all were very nice and updated. Upon check-in, we opened the fridge to load our groceries and were hit in the face with the smell of fish. It looked like a previous renter had been fishing and their bags leaked all over the bottom of the fridge, where a layer of dark, smelly ice had formed. I called and texted the maintenance # given on the emails - left a message and texted a pic and never got a response or call back. Master shower has dual heads, which was great, but both leaked so much on the normal setting they had to be used on massage to get any flow. There was also a used piece of bar soap left in the floor of the shower. Upon trying to use the dishwasher for the first time, there was still a block of detergent in the dispenser, as the dispenser door had not opened on the previous cycle – so not sure how many of the plates and utensils we had been using that were not washed properly.

Great view and location

Checking in was easy; access codes were emailed ahead of time, and I received multiple messages letting me know when the unit was ready. The condo itself was large and had a great balcony overlooking the ocean. Beach access was easy (stairs were right next to our building). It is in a good location on 30A with easy access to highway 98. I would stay again.

Great stay and great location

Updated condo with gulf front view. Essentials are basic but condo has a good layout enough room for occupants. The condo is near by so many beautiful places to visit. We thought the main pool would be heated, but wasn’t just the pool on the beach side. We all were pleased with the stay and would definitely come back.

Great space and location for family

Location and view were great! Condo is spacious and welcoming. Stayed with 5 adults, 2 young children and 1 baby and never felt crowded. Kitchen could be better stocked for cooking and master bedroom mattress needs replaced. Overall a great stay and would definitely return.

The entire family enjoys our stay at Adagio because of its accessibility to the beach, good restaurants and shops in the area. This was our 3rd stay and we look forward to our next visit with them.
