Olive's Cottage is a true departure from your typical 30A experience. Located in a gated, private community off Hwy 395, this Farmhouse-style cottage is nestled among oaks and magnolias. A large wraparound porch welcomes you, offering a comfortable seat for the daily concert of chirping birds and cicadas. The tranquility continues inside with a décor draped in aquamarine, driftwood, and ivory. In the main living area, a banquette table invites you to dine near the cozy brick fireplace or sink into the nearby oversized sofa. A beautiful kitchen completes the space with marble counters, custom cabinets and stainless appliances. Comfortably sleeping 8 guests, Olive's Cottage is perfect for one or two families. The community offers two pools plus a nature trail which leads to a small dock and creek that flows into Western Lake. Should you want to leave your woodland nest, a short walk or bike ride will take you to many of the area's most popular destinations, including the Seagrove beach access. You're also centrally located to explore the neighboring communities of Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Community Amenities
The Hammocks at Seagrove is a tranquil and quaint Seagrove Beach gated community, hidden in between Old Seagrove Beach and WaterColor. If you're looking for a secluded place to have an intermission in your busy lifestyle for an unforgettable vacation, The Hammocks at Seagrove is the first place to look. All homes in this community are created with modern, chic touches in similarity to that of the WaterColor community.
~ 2 Community Pools - both are only a 2-3 min walk from Olive's Cottage (pools are not heated)
~ Short walk to the closest beach access (Scenic 395 Beach Access)
~ Western Lake Dock Access - Located off a wooded nature path within the community
~ Private, Gated Community - Conveniently located on Hwy 395 near 30A

Parking
Olive's Cottage has designated parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway, 2 in front of the home and 1 behind the home. Street parking and yard parking are strictly prohibited in this community. You may only have as many vehicles or golf carts as you can fit in the driveway.

Golf Carts
Golf cart rentals are allowed in this community. All carts must be street legal with a valid tag/license plate. Golf carts must fit in the home's designated parking area along with guest vehicles and cannot be parked on the street or in yard areas.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)

We stayed at the home during Spring Break. The home is absolutely stunning, exactly as described, with convenient access to beach and two pools steps away from the home. The gated community is quiet, peaceful, and in a great location! We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to stay here again. I highly recommend this property, and the host was great as well!

The overall property was clean and in a great location period our main concern was safety due to the front door Not locking or closing properly but was promptly attended to. We would suggest putting on the refrigerator the trash pickup days so we know when to put the trash out as we missed it today. Overall our favorite stay out of last several years. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at Olives cottage. Conveniently located with a short bike ride to the beach. The beds were comfortable and perfect for our group. The cottage did not have a tea pitcher, but soon the management company delivered one to us. You need sweet tea on vacation!

Property is located in a quiet tucked away neighborhood a short 10 minute walk from beach. Property was clean, nicely decorated with all needed amenities. One thing to note, beach toys and chairs are not provided. This wasn’t a problem (and was never stated they came with them) we are just used to going to beach houses that unexpectedly have them, so we started to expect to be able to use some things. Neighborhood has two pools that are well maintained which we all enjoyed after our beach visits.

The neighborhood is quite and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch as we watched over the kiddos riding the bikes around the home morning and evenings. The home itself is very nice and comfortable. The table was large enough for family of 6 dinners. The bathrooms were spacious. We also appreciate the roko TVs. We aren’t experienced bike riders but, it was a short walk or bike ride to the public beach access, Seaside central Square, Grayton State park and Publix.

My family (husband and kids age 13, 10, 6) enjoyed our stay at this beach rental! The home is well kept, clean and in a great location in the neighborhood. The gated community was very quiet and my kids loved both pools. Getting to the beach was a little tricky for us with all our "stuff". We had rented a golf cart, but there was no golf cart parking. We came up with a system that worked for us but did involve a little back and forth from my husband. The bikes at the home were a great addition! The tv's in the home were all smart tvs and we were able to log into all our netflix, disney+ apps for movies. The kitchen has both a regular drip coffee pot AND a Keurig. The other very minor things that were imperfect for us in this rental are not even worth mentioning. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was awesome - place was clean when we arrived and very comfortable! Close to the beach and seaside! The only minor complaint that we have would be not enough hand towels (only 3) and no hand soap was provided for the bathrooms! Other than that it was perfect!

The home was just as advertized. Very clean, in excellent condition, and well equipped with towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Great location for access to the beach, grocery store, local restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet, and very relaxing.

Clean, quiet property in a great location! Easy walk to the beach. Short bike ride to Seaside town center (with 4 bikes provided) Publix is just down the street for groceries. Everything was ready for our arrival and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. (4 adults & 2 teenagers) We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying in Olives Cottage. We rode our bikes or walked to the beach everyday! The house was very clean and well stocked. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very close to Publix for groceries. The house could use a full length mirror somewhere!
