Nestled by the tranquil Oyster Lake and featuring a private swimming pool, this serene retreat offers relaxation just moments away from the pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Inside the main house, multiple levels provide plenty of space and privacy for all. On the first floor, you'll find an elegant dining room, a great room with a cozy fireplace, and a plush leather sectional, along with four stylish armchairs ideal for enjoying a cocktail or conversation. The newly redesigned kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with a six-burner gas range, griddle, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, and a spacious island with seating for four. It opens to a dining area that seats six, complemented by a formal dining room for additional seating. Large windows in the kitchen showcase stunning views of Oyster Lake, while a wine bar with its own refrigerator adds a touch of sophistication. The first-floor guest bedroom features a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a step-in shower. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a spacious deck with a porch swing and breathtaking lake views, while the en suite bathroom offers a glass-enclosed shower and a separate soaking tub. Additional accommodations include a third bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, as well as two more king bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bath. The separate carriage house provides a cozy, private space for extended family or guests, offering a kitchenette, living area with a sleeper sofa, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and laundry facilities. Outside, the backyard lives up to the home's coastal appeal, with the rare dune beauty of Oyster Lake and a sparkling private pool to bask in the Florida sunshine. Spend your days fishing or paddleboarding on the lake, or stroll down to Dune Allen Beach. Whether you choose to walk, bike, or take a quick golf cart ride, you're only minutes from the soft sands and clear waters of the Gulf. Enjoy convenient access to popular spots like Stinky's Fish Camp, Gulf Place Town Center, Shunk Gulley, Papa Surf Burger Bar for dining and shopping. The Pearl Cove offers the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and a prime location, making it the ideal coastal getaway.

Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As this is outside of 30A Cottage's realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!

Parking
The Pearl Cove has designated parking for up to 4 guest vehicles in the driveway. Vehicles are not allowed in the garage.

Pool Heating is available from November through April to ensure a comfortable swimming experience during the cooler months. However, please note that heating is not available when outdoor temperatures fall below 50°F. This is because heat pump pool heaters become significantly less efficient in colder conditions and may be subject to increased wear and tear. For this reason, pool heating is only offered when temperatures allow for safe and effective operation!

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancellation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancellation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancellations.

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)

3 Generation Beach Vacay

This review will not be sunshine and rainbows, but it does have a happy ending. The first day of our trip, we were greeted with an unmowed yard, dirty pool, uncleaned patio, and food left on the grill from previous occupants. This is definitely not the first impression we were hoping for. Immediately, we called the rental company to report these issues and were told they would work on getting people scheduled to take care of it. Over the course of our 10 day stay, all issues were addressed and reconciled, in addition to some new fun adventures that popped up (coming home to no hot water after a long day at the beach; a middle of the night (entire house) fire alarm malfunction which ended with a visit from the fire department--both of which were promptly addressed and fixed by the rental company). All in all, we had a great vacation and walked away with wonderful memories (and stories)!! The house is beautiful and spacious; our family of 13 ranging in age from 4 to 73 was able to have space that fit their needs and there were plenty of common gathering areas for family time. The dock and the pool were fan favorites and provided HOURS of entertainment and play. The kitchen was a dream and made meal time enjoyable. We loved having the bikes and used them WAY more than we expected to. Bottom line, would we book again--yes. Are there some things that need to be figured out and worked out for this rental to reach its potential--yes.

Had an absolute great time! The house was beautiful and amazing. Rental company was a little slow, had a lot of rules and it was a lengthy process to reserve, but answered all our questions. Overall it was a wonderful house and location! We would go back!
