If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ā€˜Yesā€™ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Delightful cottage close to beach

The house was perfect in a darling group of cottages easy to get to everything. The owners provided all the little details you need, especially in the kitchen if you plan on cooking your meals. Plenty of pans and cooking utensils. The yard of the bank is fenced and great for dogs and we walked to the beach easily and the pool is steps away for non-beach times. Would love to stay here again. There is zero downside to the property itself, this is the second time Iā€™ve had issues with this particular property management company. Nothing that ruined our stay, just frustrating because they are not local, in fact goes through a call center and any issues take time. Do not let the property management keep you from enjoying this jewel of a place!

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was nice and clean with very nice amenities. The pool was nice and clean as well and heated which we loved. The area was perfect. Itā€™s nice and quiet and close to everything on 30A. The access to the beach was not far at all. We enjoyed the back deck area it was so beautiful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the games they have at the house. We would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend It.

Everything was very good. Clean, nice furnishings, and well-equipped kitchen. This is set back from 30A so it was very quiet. Nice pool and the cleanest pool we have ever seen. Highly recommended.

The house was super clean and very nice and modern. The front porch and back patio were awesome to sit and relax on. Super convenient to everything in the area. The only complaint I have is that the pool was supposed to be heated and was unfortunately not, it was like a ice bath

Nice Little House

My husband and I rented the home for a month (mid Oct. to mid Nov) The front porch, and back deck were great for sitting with a cocktail and relaxing. Both had comfortable furniture. We wished the lighting on the back deck would have been brighter for reading after dark, but it was lit dimly. All the furniture in the house was updated and very comfortable. It was nice having two full bathrooms. Very well decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed except for a grapefruit knife. The crushed ice works on the refrigerator door, but the cubed ice does not work. We needed to buy our water because the water from the faucet tastes like chlorine. The walk to the beach wasn't bad, but we did take our bikes a few times. The pool was not heated and to cool to swim in for the time of year we rented. I think this house was one of the nicer ones in the development. We walked a lot at night and wished the street light at the beginning of the development was working. It was a bit dark coming into the street.

Quiet and cute!

We LOVED our stay in Seagrove! The house was very clean, decorated nicely, and had everything we needed! Itā€™s a bit of a walk to the beach but we got used to it and it really wasnā€™t too bad, even with 3 kids in tow. This tiny neighborhood of small houses was really cute and had one of the cleanest pools Iā€™ve ever seen. We barely came in contact with anyone, it was quiet and very relaxing! We loved taking the short walk to Angelinaā€™s for dinner and then right over to the beach to watch the sunset. The community is located right behind a storage unit area. That wasnā€™t my favorite thing to look at but it wasnā€™t so bad that it would keep me from returning. I wasnā€™t sure about staying in this area since we usually stay in Watercolor but the prices have gotten outrageous. After one evening trip to Seaside/Watercolor we greatly appreciated Seagrove! The area is wild and busy and overrun with unsupervised teens, especially at night. Seagrove was a breath of fresh air compared to that crazy Seaside vibe! The public beach access has a tiny strip of space between private access that gets busy and overcrowdedā€¦make sure you go just a short walk to the left to have more open public space to spread out and enjoy the beautiful beach!

Loved this cozy cottage and the location was perfect for proximity to beach and delightful eateries. Property managers were responsive to some wifi hiccups and other questions on day 1, very much appreciated as we set up for our week long stay. Highly recommend!

Great Trip!

Even though a tropical storm was hitting the weekend we were down there, it was a great trip and the house was so cute & clean! We do wish they would have given a few more rolls of toilet paper for the amount of women we had in the house and maybe a few more trash bags but other than that everything was fantastic!
