A spectacular Gulf front Two bedroom luxury unit. Located in the "Dunes of Seagrove" overlooking the pool/hot tub and the Gulf. The pool is amazing! Features include 7500 square foot pool, dual level with waterfalls, and a hot tub. There is an equipped work-out facility with a steam and sauna on site. Soft tennis court and beach rentals on site.

Our unit is a 1150 square foot Two bedroom, two bathrooms. It has 10 foot high ceilings with fans throughout. The large patio doors invite you to spend the afternoon on the huge covered balcony where you can sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. It has a very comfortable yet luxurious decor that will you make you feel right at home. The master bedroom has a king bed, Flatscreen TV/VCR and is adjoined by a large bathroom with double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and stall shower. There is a walk out to the balcony and view of the Gulf from the master. The guest bedroom has a queen bed,
FlatscreenTV/VCR and is adjacent to the second bathroom. In the great room, there is also a queen sofa sleeper. Our reserved parking space beneath the building is immediately adjacent to the elevator.

We are located within a fourth of a mile of the Deer Lake State Park which gives you miles of deserted beachfront to walk. There is a 16 mile bike trail that runs along Hwy 30-A where numerous great restaurants are located. Rosemary Beach is 10 miles east and Seaside is three miles West.

Great stay. Love the balcony, the pool, the beach and the view. The mattresses have seen better days. Easy access to the beach and chair service was available every day needed. Would recommend.

The condo was exactly as described. Great value for being on the beach in Seagrove. Bob was very nice to work with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. No problems with anything in the condo except for the tv. You need an HDMI cable to stream tv and a laptop. No smart tvs in the condo. But there wasnā€™t a lot of tv time, so overallā€¦ it was perfect. Thanks Bob for sharing your home.

Great Location, Wonderful Amenities!

We loved the location! The view from the nice big balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there with coffee or eating lunch at the table. Very short walk to the pool and beach, which was awesome! We used the beautiful, big pool every day, used the pickle ball court 3 times and used the fitness center twice. We weren't able to rent bikes on site, but the people at the desk were helpful and gave us a number to do that. The condo was spacious and perfect for a family of 4. The kitchen had most of what we needed to make breakfast and lunch each day. Just missing wash cloths. While the condo was pretty clean, the carpets in bedrooms are very dirty or severely stained. Bob mentioned that the carpets had recently been cleaned. They didn't look like they had been. Either the carpet company did a poor job, or carpets are so badly stained that there isn't much more they can do. My suggestion is replace carpets ASAP. The condo really needs to be updated. It seems to have all of the original counter tops, cabinets, appliances, ect. Even the decor is all very outdated and could definitely be changed out for something more fresh and stylish. While looking at other condos on VRBO in the same complex, Dunes of Seagrove, this one seemed to be the only one that hadn't been updated. I didn't take away any stars for being outdated as we knew from the pictures what we were getting. Just felt like we stepped back in time about 20 years. Overall, we had a nice stay!

Good but not great

I know how important accurate reviews are for me when deciding on a property to vacation at so I want to give a detailed review of our stay. First the positives, Bob is a kind and communicative host. He was easy to contact and responsive. The complex has nice amenities with a well appointed fitness room as well as a lovely pool with easy access to the beach. The couch and loveseat were new and comfortable. The negatives were that floors were quite dirty and I wouldn't have wanted children on them. The rugs need to be replaced as does the carpet in the bedrooms with hard surfaces. None of the tv's worked with wifi so no streaming amazon, netfix, etc. There is satellite but you can't use the on-demand feature because of the lack of wifi nor could you mirror from your device. You'll need an Hdmi cable and a laptop to hook up to the tv neither of which we brought. The lighting in the master bathroom needs some help as it flickers or doesn't light up all the way so it was very dim. The mattress on the king size bed is collapsing and was very hard on my back in spite of the egg crate topper they had added. It needs to be replaced. All in all, the unit needs attention I'm sad to say. As I said before though, the host was kind and communicative. I'm not sure he's aware of the condition of his place.

Family vacation

The location and beach/pool access was perfect for our family. Having a baby and toddler is all about convenience at this point! The only complaint was the upkeep of the condo. My sons legs were black from crawling around on the floors. Stuff is falling apart and the place needs a DEEP clean. I totally get not wanting to put a lot of money into a rental but atleast keep up with the cleanliness and minor repairs. I would definitely stay at this complex again just maybe not this unit due to the state it was in.

Great 2nd Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much last year that we decided to stay there again this year. The condo is clean and in a great location. It has beautiful views from the patio, a great pool for kids, and is a short walk from the private beach. Our host, Bob, was very responsive and a great host.

Beautiful area

Communication with owner was great, however we had no a/c for 5 days (of 7). It was out a week prior to our arrival as well and we were notified that the part to fix the a/c wasnā€™t in, on the day we were to arrive. It was miserable all 5 days :(. I just wish we wouldā€™ve been informed before we made our way down because we have a 10 month old and it was really difficult for him to tolerate. It stayed in the 80s all week inside. The washer and dryer did not work, we had to use the laundry mat to wash our clothes. Bob did refund our money for the inconvenience of not having a washer and dryer. Aside from all of that, the condo and area are beautiful. The beach hasnā€™t got much room because all of the chairs and umbrellas (you have to rent) and on the left side there is a public beach access and on the right side itā€™s private. So if youā€™re preparing to have a tent or anything like that on the beach then you need to get out super early to put it up.

Great Beach Location

My family takes a yearly beach vacation, each time looking for places weā€™ve never stayed. Bobā€™s place on 30A is conveniently located next to a public beach access as well as having its own private access. Also making it nice is that itā€™s 10 minutes from a large Publix, 1 minute from bike and golf cart rentals, and .5 mile from 2 really good restaurants (Steamboat Grill, and Old Fish House). The beach in front of the complex is private. If you want a front row chair and umbrella from the complex, youā€™ll want to get in line at 7:30am each morning, as itā€™s first come, first served. We had a great time. Weā€™ll definitely be back

Wonderful Location - Beautiful Condo

We loved everything about this Condo. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and the beach beyond. We arranged for Beach Chair service, which I highly recommend. The location is so convenient to everything Seaside and 30A have to offer. The owner was super-responsive and helpful. We would love to return!

Enjoyed our stay. Beach is beautiful. Loved the condo. No problems except the weather, but there is no control over that. Still better then at home. Recommend the Steamboat Grill to eat at.

We absolutely loved this property. We had never visited 30A and so happy we found this property. It is located in a quiet part only minutes from everything you would want. It really feels like it is itā€™s own little world. The condo was great and the facilities were great too. The ocean was amazing. We had a great time.

First Visit to 30A

Our family of 5 had a great time in 30A while staying at this condo. The condo and amenities were very clean. Our young kids loved the pool. It was never crowded and we often had one of the pools pretty much to ourselves. The condo was clean and had plenty of space. We loved the spacious outside deck and enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and eating meals outside, while enjoying the view of the ocean. The host was great and was quick to answer any questions we had. Would love to stay here again.

Great Condo, Awesome Hosts but Needs updating

This condo is in the perfect location and the hosts are the nicest folks! I do think the condo needs some updating in terms of the decor. It had a smell of an older house and many of the elements were just dated and seemed old. It was a little dusty and cluttered but I'm being picky. We slept great, showers work fine just could use a few upgrades to make it feel a little more modern (Like new rugs and outdoor furniture). I still recommend staying there!
