Welcome to Beachwood Villas 11E - a modern updated condo located poolside and just steps from the beach.

Enjoy a spacious living area with comfortable furniture. Relax in front of the 50" Roku TV after a day in the sun to catch up on some TV. You'll love the sound bar and subwoofer so you're truly immersed in your movie. An updated full kitchen adjoins the living area. The dining table seats 6 plus there are 2 seats at the breakfast bar.

At the back of the unit is the master suite with king bed, 32" Roku TV, and private bath, plus access to the patio overlooking the pool. Across the hall is Bedroom #2 which has a queen bed, 32" Roku TV. Bedroom #3 includes a full bed and twin-over-twin bunks and a private entrance to the bath with its own toilet and vanity. Bedroom #2 enters the bath from the hall, but also has its own vanity area and toilet.

Beach Access:
From the front of the complex you’re just 200 yards to the Beachwood Villas beach access across the street from Tom Thumb (the corner of 30A and Somerset Bridge Rd.). Just a 2-minute walk and you’ll have your toes in the sand.

Beachwood Villas:
Beachwood Villas is a wonderful community including pools (one heated seasonally), 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and beautiful grounds. There are also several charcoal community grills and picnic areas if you like to grill out. Beachwood Villas is directly across 30A from the beach, so the sand and surf is a short walk away! This unit is located right next to the pool, so the little ones don't have far to go for lots of fun.

Seagrove Beach:
Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

Disclaimer:
Beachwood Villas will have ongoing construction from January 12 through April on the 3-story buildings. The clubhouse will be closed, and the laundry room will be unavailable from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily but open after hours. Noise and temporary parking limitations may occur. At least one entrance will remain accessible after hours. Construction will pause after April and resume on the 2-story buildings in September. Guests may contact us with any questions regarding access or parking.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
