Welcome to Aqua Bella, a top-floor, freshly updated condo in the peaceful Beachside Villas community, just steps from Eastern Lake. During the summer, Beachside Villas even offers a private shuttle to an additional beach access nearby.

This bright 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps 8, with a primary bedroom, king, a second room with two full beds, and a queen bedroom down the hall. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals, with plenty of seating at the large dining table and bar.

Find another place

The location of the condo has great access to the beach, but the sections of the beach that are not privately owned are small. There are about 15 yards right when you walk onto the beach that you are able to sit in between the privately owned areas. The next closest spot is about 5 homes down. The condo is very run down, and the furniture needs to be replaced. They have painted over chips, but it needed to be sanded, and painted, so the paint is chipping inside, as well as on the railing on the deck. The deck has 3 uncomfortable plastic chairs, and a small table that is falling apart. The sofa is dirty and needs to be replaced. The sheets on the pull-out sofa were dirty. The floors were nasty, and we had to wear shoes the entire time. One of us got a hot shower the first night, and then there was no hot water. I called the management immediately, but they did not send someone to repair it for 3 more days, but by this time I had figured out that the washing machine cannot be run if you want to have hot water, so I told them to wait to come when we left the following day. I know that it is probably very easy to keep this place rented due to it being beach side, and that the area is so busy, but I do not think that anyone would rent this particular condo twice.

Great beach, mediocre condo

The beach access is the reason I will come back to these condos. The beach at eastern lake is amazing! Great for kiddos. Golf cart offered (with wristband - not left with our condo) was nice. The condo had several cosmetic issues - baseboards falling off in kitchen with nails exposed were extremely dangerous for small children. Some peeling paint. The patio door was extremely hard to open and everyone tripped coming in and out. The floor plan was nice and fairly spacious but seating was lacking for the number of bedrooms - one small couch and 2 chairs plus the dining room table, not really any area to Lounge and hang out. However the location was great - could walk to get donuts and coffee at Kahve and cream, close to old Florida fish house, very close to the beach and the private access for our condo was a little further but was worth it. The amenities such as pool and tennis courts were fine. I would return to this area but not sure if I would stay in this exact condo again if other options were available.

The property was like the pictures. It was perfect for our sleeping arrangement needs. We really appreciated the 3 bikes that were included. They were great for our teenagers.

Condo wasn't clean. Beach access was HORRIBLE due to ALL OF THE PRIVATE PROPERTIES surrounding the complex!Sliding doors were VERY difficult to open and close. One sliding door handle was broken. The rental cost wasn't worth it. Don't know if my family would stay in this area again.

Great trip with nicely stocked kitchen as we cooked all our meals in bc #rona. If plan to grill bring a lighter bc that was the only thing missing. Condo was nice and quiet too. We will be back

Love 30A

We’ve been coming to 30A for about 10 years. This unit is a good value. You can no longer see the ocean from the balcony as there is new construction blocking it. We also woke up daily to the construction noise. There was security on the beach keeping people off of the private property of the construction area. The locals were quite upset about it. Wr had issues with a toilet overflowing on day 1 but maintenance promptly fixed it the second day. The sliding door to the living area is tough to open - it’s actually a little crooked. The bedroom sliding door is easy to open. The only thing we missed with this unit was an ocean view and direct acces to 30A, but again, it’s a good value for the area. We loved having bikes!

Good location

There is a new building being built that blocks the full beach view portrayed in the photo. The condo floors need to be cleaned better especially behind the doors. The handle on the glass door has a metal piece sticking out that is dangerous. The master bedroom headboard bangs on the wall when you move. Many of the refrigerator shelves were missing. There is a slope from the kitchen to the den that is concerning.

Amazing week at the beach!

We had a wonderful week! The proximity to the beach was lovely, just a quick walk, maybe 3 minutes! There were a couple of cleaning issues and some maintenance items that needed to be addressed. We notified the rental company, Oversee, so hopefully that will all be taken care of for future guests! The condo was well stocked with cooking essentials. All in all a very enjoyable trip!

Nice place close to the beach

It was a very nice place and located very close to the beach (150 yards or so). The refrigerator could use a little TLC (broken door shelf, looked to be missing a shelf as well) and the main sliding glass door to the balcony could use a little work. Other than that it’s a great place to stay and we will consider staying there in the future.

Close to beach and love this area!

This property is very close to the beach which made it easy with a toddler. My only complaint would be the living room TV was not functioning but this was not a huge deal because we were outside the majority of the time. Beautiful beach and beautiful area to stay.
