Plus, it's conveniently located less than a two-minutes walk from the beautiful 30A beaches.

1st floor, is open space ideal for entertaining, dining, and meal prep. Relax in the spacious living area with ample seating and a TV designed for ultimate enjoyment. The dining area offers seating for eight, plus an additional four seats at the peninsula for casual gatherings. Adjacent, the well-equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a Keurig coffee maker, a two-door refrigerator, and a toaster, ensuring you have everything you need for effortless meal preparation. Besides the kitchen area are the two bedrooms, offering a comfortable retreat.

On the second floor, you'll find three additional bedrooms, each featuring its own private bathroom for added convenience.

This property located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach features on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, and a pond. Take a 5-minute walk along the bricked sidewalks to the pristine sands of the Emerald Coast. The kids can explore the nature trail or fish from the bridge over the community pond. And, they can enjoy their bikes along the quiet streets or the family can pedal to Seaside. There are 26 miles of trails along 30A. You’re only a short walk for a pizza at Brozinni’s Pizzeria or your favorite pasta dish at Angelina’s. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
