Viajero hostels are usually very consistent in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and having good on-site restaurants, and this one was no exception. I really liked the decor, the staff were friendly, and the wristbands for accessing the rooms were a very convenient touch. They also organize daily activities, which is great for meeting people.
As for areas of improvement, the check-in process can take quite a long time, I experienced a significant wait with a long line. Laundry service was also slower than expected, as my clothes weren’t ready at the promised time.
It can get a bit noisy if you plan to work from the restaurant or reception area, as the background music is quite loud. Additionally, the area outside the hostel felt somewhat sketchy at times, and I did feel a bit unsafe.
Other than that, it’s a very well-maintained hostel overall and a solid option if you’re looking for a reliable stay.
