Guests will have full access to the apartment and all shared areas of the building, including pools, rooftop, terraces, gardens, and relaxation areas. The building offers 24 hour reception. Upon arrival, you must register and pay for identification wristbands (27,500 COP per person). After registration, you will receive a magnetic card to freely access the building and activate the apartment s electricity. We offer complimentary luggage storage on the day of arrival or departure. For building policies and security reasons, unregistered visitors are not allowed.

By booking, you agree to these rules. Our goal is for you to fully enjoy your stay please let us know of any issue before check out. Only registered guests are allowed; no visitors permitted. Smoking indoors is prohibited (terraces only, $250,000 COP fine). No trash throwing. Zero tolerance for noise, parties, over occupancy, or inappropriate behavior; violations may result in fines of up to 3x the booking value and immediate termination without refund. The main guest must be an adult and all occupants must be registered. Cancellations follow the active policy; no refunds for early departures, weather, or travel issues. Utilities depend on third parties. A refundable security deposit may be required. Check in 3:00 PM / check out 11:00 AM (subject to availability). Damages or losses will be charged.

From the private balcony overlooking vertical gardens and the indoor pool, you can enjoy natural light and a peaceful atmosphere. It features high speed Wi Fi, Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, hotel quality linens, blackout curtains, and special touches such as a wine fridge, capsule coffee machine, and vinyl record player.
