Villa Batanà is located in the upper part of the town of Santa Marina,
the house has a well-kept garden with swimming pool.
From the terrace, furnished with sofas, table and chairs,
there is an enchanting view of Lipari, Panarea and Stromboli.
It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for spending your holidays in total relaxation!

The Villa is on one floor.
It is accessed from an internal courtyard,
which leads to the living room with sofas and TV;
to the left of the living room the sleeping area,
a disengagement leads to
a bathroom complete with all fixtures and shower cubicles;
a bedroom with two single beds (joinable),
a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the bathroom is equipped with all sanitary fixtures and a hydromassage tub.

The third bedroom can only be accessed from the internal courtyard, here we have a double bed and a single bed;

The swimming pool is for the private use of guests, a small gym has been built next to it.

In a few minutes on foot, along Via Roma, you can reach the (pebble) beaches
and the center of Santa Marina, thus benefiting from all the services present: shops, restaurants, bars and tourist port.

The house is equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, TV and wi-fi.

To easily reach the area, we recommend renting a vehicle. The road that reaches the house is uphill.
The center and the beaches are 2 minutes away by car/scooter.
The bus stop is about 500 meters away.
