This studio with independent bathroom overlooking the course of Santa Marina Salina, a few steps from the sea, belongs to an ancient Aeolian villa built by a family of shipowners, the nineteenth-century sea merchants, ViIlalavinia: it represents a particularly economical but comfortable solution and refined to visit the island. If there is a need for more space, contact us for information! A total of 11 beds are available in the villa. There is WIFI and air conditioning, but this is rarely used, thanks to the properties of the ancient lava stone walls, almost one meter thick, and the fortunate exposure of the house. The window overlooks Vicolo Battisti, the descent to the sea, which is a few steps away. You can reach an ancient dock, where a comfortable steel ladder is installed to go up from the sea, under the house, or the stony beaches of Punta Barone, in a couple of minutes, with the same clear and bright water. The room overlooks the picturesque Corso Risorgimento, the most important alley in Santa Marina. Beds: 2 + 1 + 1 (double bed, single bed, possible folding cot). The Aeolian islands: seven sisters, all different, each with its charm, pearls of a clear and fragrant sea. But many people think that Salina is the most beautiful, with its greenery, the ancient salt pan, the extraordinary Fossa delle Felci, and its central position in the archipelago.
