Francisco was our contact through WhatsApp and he was available and extremely helpful at any time of the day. Despite the short notice, Alfonso communicated with us, met us at the door, showed us the unit and answered our questions. "Shops and restaurants are close by.Directions for the apt. are very deceiving. Host was not available to meet us. We had to call a taxi because we couldn’t find the apt. The taxi driver also had difficulty and needed to call for assistance. This was two hours of frustration. "
