"You won’t believe your eyes when you first enter to villa and look out over the pool to the endless view of the Pacific. Great location. Out of the gray and noise of downtown. The cooks/housekeepers were amazing, speaking some Spanish is VERY important. The entire house and grounds are beautifully designed. "The house was extremely nice. You can't beat the view from the kitchen and living area. The kitchen had everything you need. The home was so clean and architecturally pleasing. The surrounding gradens were so lovely and expertly manicured. The home is located in a very safe area. Everyone was so friendly and nice. "For two families, this was a perfect house. Two master bedrooms and the other two bedrooms having multiple beds for the kids. We enjoyed watching the boats come in and out every day and the fish were always jumping to keep us entertained while swimming. The location was very close to restaurants, shopping etc in Chahue and Santa Cruz, but too far to walk. So having a driver is handy (which we had).The management group was well organized and communicated well. "

"Hotel muito bom. Cama super confortável, habitação ampla e muito boa, apesar da necessidade de algumas manutenções - sacada. Porta guarda-roupa. Jacuzzi poderia estar mais moderna. Lençois bons, toalhas macias, travesseiros otimos. Jacuzzi nao deu muita vontade de usar. Praia otima com boa infra-estrutura. Hotel precisaria trocar urgente as toalhas de praia - Estao amareladas/encardidas e meio rasgadas nas bordas (coisa que nao deveria ocorrer num Hotel dessa categoria). Cafe da manha excelente, embora o serviço seja muito lento - precisa de paciencia. Acesso ao quarto e a praia é bastante difícil, pois tem muitas escadas. Para ir a praia tem opcao de ir caminhando (descendo escadas…. E bastante!) ou pede serviço do hotel para te levar. Pessoal da recepçao educados mas nao nos ofereceram o vinho que tinhamos como cortesia pelo VIP ACESSO do hotel.com. Tivemos que pedir no dia seguinte. "
