"Great staff and a beatiful place but it needs an upgrade. They helped me get an electric fan because AC wasnt working well for us. However, AC is too loud and placed in between the room and bathroom. And It says in Expedia that it has 2 double beds, but they didn’t say it was a pullout 2 double beds. I thought the advertisement was misleading. If I knew that it’s a pullout bed, I wouldn’t reserve this at all. Too bad because the place has so much potential, wonderful staff, and place is unique....

"Need upkeep of the property in general. Rooms are outdated. Need new paint and flooring but staff are polite"

"Great stay, new and fresh, great swimming pool. Cons: Noisy in room AC..."

"Friendly staff. Clean room. Good breakfast. Connected to the mall."

"Pre booked and pre paid a queen size bed in a standard room. I was expecting exactly that, not more. They tried to push me to a single bed standard room for no reason. I refused, reception said it was overbooked. Told them it wasn’t my fault, if they don’t have the same room, give me a better room, or refund me the difference if they send me to a single. "Great hotel."

"Superlative staff"

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at B Hotel QC. The room was spacious and offered good value for the price. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortably cool. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was decent, with enough options to enjoy. I also liked the hotel's overall ambiance. It felt light, open, and relaxing, without feeling cramped or overwhelming. What I appreciated most was the spaciousness of the room and...

"Awesome experience"

"I had to extend my trip for 1 night and decided to upgrade my room to a studio w a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The room was larger but the bathroom was much smaller. The telephone was non-functional, kitchenette needed repairs. The location of the room was suitable for me bc I’m a very light sleeper- on the 19th floor not facing the street."

"It’s just basic.No Fridge."

"Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!"
