It features: Two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a French bed. 🚿 Two bathrooms: one full and one half bath.

🚗 Private parking included. The main entrance (gate) is 2.5 meters wide and the entrance to the private parking area is 2.10 meters wide and 1.85 meters high.

📍 The house is located in a quiet and secluded area: to reach supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and bars you will need a car.

But the peace and intimacy it offers make this home the perfect retreat for true relaxation.

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in total freedom, without restrictions.

• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked

• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, dish soap, sponge, trash bag

• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee)

• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years

• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, linens included

🐾 PETS WELCOME!

• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation

• Additional cost: €30 per stay

• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged

🧾 TOURIST TAX

• €2.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days

• Children under 15 are exempt

• The tax is not included in the booking price

• We ask that you follow the rules of waste separation

• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash

• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied
